- Preliminary Nature: Any “Instant Estimate” or “Projection” generated on our Site is a non-binding preliminary figure based on satellite data and user input.
- Final Quotes: A binding contract for services is only established after an on-site physical inspection by an MI Roof Pro representative and the execution of a written Service Agreement signed by both parties.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including text, graphics, logos (MI Roof Pro, Northwest/Southeast Hub icons), and images—is the property of MI Roof Pro or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without express written consent.
