The job went very well and included repairs to a portion of the roof decking along with fabricating a cricket to prevent ice dam and potential leaking between our roof and the chimney. Our 12X12 pitch roof is steep but the crew handled it well and there were no issues. The price was reasonable and the clean-up after completion was extremely thorough. I had some shingles falling off my roof. Reached out to MIRoof Pro and spoke to Reese. Reese and Nik came out promptly and assessed the situation and provided a quote. Even though it was a small job, the communication was great and did not feel put on the back burner. I was scheduled for repair quickly and Reese and his team were prompt and fixed the issue while also walking the rest of my roof and providing me feedback and pictures of some issues they found to consider addressing I otherwise would not have been aware of.
